- We understand that getting the correct size is a difficult task, especially since we operate online, so we are glad to offer a FREE 30-day resize on the item to to make the process as easy as possible. We are happy to resize up to two sizes – either up or down. However, there is a nominal charge of £59/€59 for resizing or replacement of more than 2 sizes. Please note that any item returned for resizing must be that any item being returned for resizing must naturally be unworn, in pristine condition and with the tag still attached.
We accept resizing for engagement rings and wedding bands; however, it excludes the full eternity rings, tennis bracelets, tennis necklaces and bangles – for those you are welcome to an exchange offer.
Our resizing offer on Half Eternity rings is limited due to technical reasons, please contact our Customer Care team for any advice you may need before placing an order.
