Measure at home in under a minute. Find your size, print the ruler, get the perfect fit.
◆ HOW TO MEASURE ◆
1 Position
Hold the end of the tape measure against your wrist, just below the wrist bone.
2 Wrap snugly
Wrap it around once. Keep it flat and snug — not tight.
3 Read the number
Note the measurement where the tape overlaps.
4 Add & match
Add your comfort allowance, then find your size in the chart below.
1 Cut a strip
Cut a piece of string, ribbon or thin paper around 25cm long.
2 Wrap & mark
Wrap it around your wrist and mark where the end meets.
3 Measure flat
Lay it flat on a table and measure with a ruler.
4 Add & match
Add your comfort allowance and choose your size.

Print this page at 100% scale — do not use fit to page.
2 Cut out the strip
Cut along the dashed lines of the wrist sizer.

Wrap the strip around your wrist and read the size.
