01 NORMAL DELIVERY TIME

The estimated delivery time is stated at the time your order is placed. However, the approximate timescales for items in stock would be 1-2 days, whereas all the other products would take approximately 15 working days. These items would include bespoke jewellery.

02 URGENT DELIVERY

In case you require an item with Urgent delivery, you can choose from our extensive range of ready items. All stock product orders for which final payment has been cleared before 3:00 pm, we will have them dispatched on the same day so that it arrives as soon as possible.

03 SHIPPING METHOD

All our goods dispatched are fully insured and we offer free shipping via Royal Mail. However, the carrier would depend upon the value of the products being shipped.

Tracking Details: Once your order has been dispatched from our office in London, we will provide you with tracking details to keep you informed about the status of your delivery.

Insurance Coverage: All our shipments are fully insured up to a value of £X,000. In case of any damage or loss during transit, we ensure that you are fully covered.

04 INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Our preferred carrier for international shipments is FedEx and the goods are completely insured right up to your doorstep. International buyers are obliged to bear the cost of the local customs duties, taxes, and other import charges. Any delay in shipment because of non-fulfilment of such import obligations will be at the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Free International Shipping: We offer free shipping for international orders; however, please note that any import duties, taxes, or additional charges incurred at the destination are the responsibility of the buyer.
